|CUISINE| :: △ HOMEMADE GRANOLA △

Hello amigos! ;)

Today was a beautiful sunny Sunday, perfect for a road trip to explore some beautiful new places. Well, I haven't been on a road trip, cuz I had a busy Sunday, but I hope at least some of you enjoyed the privilege of a lazy, careless Sunday. ;) I was making homemade granola again today and this time I managed to make a decent photo of it.

A while ago Totaliteta send me a book from Zulejka, author of a blog "Uglašena kuhinja". I love that book and I've been using a lot of recipes from it and one of them is also this "homemade granola" with a lil bit of a twist, so it has some of my touch in it as well.

△ Ingridients △

2 cups oatmeals
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup of coconut flour
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1 tbs cacao
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
vannila powder

1/2 cup dates, cut into small pieces

1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup olive oil
2 teaspoon honey

Preheat the oven to 150 degrees. Mix all dry ingredients (except dates) in a big bowl and in a smaller one mix all the fluid ones. Than mix everything together.  Spread it on a baking sheet and bake it for 30 minutes. Take it out and leave it to cool down, then pack it into a jar and enjoy it for two weeks.
(It's so good I want to eat it every morning). ;)

*You don't need to use exactly the ingiridients above, just play with it, use whatever you have at home or use whatever you love the most. I've added hazelnuts and rice oats + instead of olive oil (I have to buy it cuz I'm out of it) I used coconut oil.

**extra tip** I found this cute stamps for 3 EUR in Hofer.

I hope you liked the post and I wish you all a wonderful weekend!

love, M

  1. Za okusno razvajanje brbončic.
A ne, kako zelo privlačna je Zulejkina kuharica. Že po izgledu. Ko pa se potopiš vanjo, pa osvoji :)
