Are you a sweet tooth like me? ;) If I'd be strong enough to actually say no to all the goodies out there, I might never found so many amazing recipes. So, it's a good thing I like to treat myself from time to time, right? ;)
I am always excited when I discover a good, guilt free recipe and this time I decided to share this one with you guys.

We're going to make a vegan berry & chocolate smoothie. Great for breakfast, after lunch dessert or a midday snack. Whatever you feel like it. ;)

Here is what you will need:
150g (1 cup) fresh or frozen berries of your choice, plus an extra 75g (1/2) cup berries to serve
Flesh of 1 avocado, roughly chopped
8 pitted dates
500 ml coconut milk
40g good quality unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tablespoons cocoa ribs, to serve (optional)
I found all the ingredients in Hofer Slovenija

Put the 150g of berries in a blender. I used only raspberries, but I think a better choice would be strawberries or mixed berries. Add the avocado, dates, coconut milk and cocoa powder and blend until smooth.
Pour into glasses. Top with extra berries, if desired, and serve sprinkled with the cocoa nibs.

*coconut milk is great because it gives such a creamy texture, but you can use also oat, nut or cow'a milk. You can also use an ordinary cacao for the sweetness, but I don't think it's neccessary.
